ABOUT US

Kaylee's Kamp Foundation was formed in honor of our teenager, Kai.  Kai is a trans-masculine non-binary teen whose birth name was Kaylee.  Kai (he/they) solidified his identity after Kaylee's Kamp was formed and chose to allow us to continue using the name.  They are involved in every aspect of the work we do.  Kai's experience at an inclusive summer camp over the years is what inspired our Foundation.  Every LGBTQ+ kid deserves a summer experience that allows them freedom to be who they truly are.  We know that summer camps can be a financial burden for some families and we are here to ease that burden and provide support for both families and inclusive programs.
